Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Residential Construction Project Supervisor to manage our prestigious building projects. This position demands a distinctive combination of technical construction knowledge and outstanding interpersonal abilities to oversee projects from initial planning through to final execution, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met within established timelines and budgetary limits.

Key Duties:

  • Manage upscale residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality.
  • Coordinate and lead the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining effective communication and professional relationships.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource management, and financial oversight.
  • Conduct site evaluations and project meetings to assess progress, compliance with plans and specifications, and address any challenges that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and expectations to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Provide consistent project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in residential construction project supervision, with a robust portfolio of upscale projects.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse project team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on overcoming challenges.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
