Position Overview

The Construction Project Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing all facets of designated projects from inception to completion. This position ensures adherence to the Superintendent Milestone program, aligning project execution with company standards, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations. The role reports directly to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine project scope, designs, and layouts as provided by the Project Manager
  • Analyze project specifications and client expectations
  • Track project timelines and advancements
  • Facilitate inspections and address construction-related issues
  • Keep a comprehensive daily log of jobsite activities
  • Promote a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.)

Educational Requirements

  • A college diploma or degree in construction management or a related discipline is advantageous
  • Successful completion of pre-employment evaluations
