Position Overview:

As a Superintendent, you will be integral to the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of project management, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all phases of the construction project lifecycle and oversee all site activities.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site labor teams.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
  • Develop and update project schedules, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and site audits to uphold company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and interpret complex blueprints.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in both new construction and renovation projects in commercial or high-end residential settings.
