Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a seasoned Senior Project Superintendent with a robust background in Water/Wastewater projects. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations and direction of all field personnel on designated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of field staff, ensuring effective work schedules, project advancement, and resource distribution.
  • Guide team members in the construction of systems and structures from inception to completion.
  • Assist in the development of accurate cost estimates encompassing labor, materials, and other project-related expenses.
  • Engage with clients, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to establish project budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate the logistics of materials and equipment procurement with suppliers.
  • Develop work schedules for both employees and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a comprehensive daily log of job site activities, providing necessary reports to management.
  • Adjust operational strategies as needed to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Implement efficient management practices that are both cost-effective and productive.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in water and wastewater construction projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and the ability to travel to various job sites.
