As a Senior Engineer, you will independently manage projects and technical assignments that significantly influence our operations. Your comprehensive understanding of processes, along with your ability to assess, innovate, and juggle multiple projects, is crucial for this position. You may also be tasked with preparing and delivering presentations and leading specialized teams to address technical and project management challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of moderately complex tasks that require technical assessment, creativity, and judgment while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work autonomously on medium-sized projects and technical assignments that support operational needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and operational demands.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of safety protocols, achieving results and meeting objectives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company processes, policies, and guidelines set forth by the organization and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and present information to various stakeholders.
  • Interpret the needs of internal and external customers, evaluate requirements, and formulate responses.
  • Engage in a blend of engineering specialties across multiple subject areas.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance, develop improvement strategies, and fulfill training requirements.
  • Advocate for processes, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; at least four (4) years of diverse engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical sector.

Other Requirements:
Demonstrated excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills.

Preferred:
FE Certification and experience in Project Management.
