Your Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our mission-driven organization, focused on fostering success for our clients, colleagues, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior project engineer, conducting comprehensive evaluations and alternative analyses to support project decisions and address complex challenges.
- Oversee the design of intricate projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications while assessing environmental impacts and risks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to position for potential projects, contribute to technical proposal writing, engage in client discussions, and support contract negotiations.
- Assist Project Managers with technical proposals as issues arise with clients, contractors, or regulatory agencies.
- Lead and manage the civil engineering components throughout all project phases, providing mentorship to team members as a technical authority.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering.
- At least ten (10) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
