Position Overview

Olsson offers multidisciplinary design services to some of the most prestigious and innovative companies globally. The large-scale data center campuses we develop provide opportunities to engage in some of the most significant and intricate engineering projects currently underway. Our client relationships are built on trust and appreciation for our contributions, allowing us to play a vital role in shaping society's technological landscape through the design of essential infrastructure.

As a Senior Engineer on our Data Center Civil Team, you will be integral to the firm's most ambitious projects. You will take on the role of project manager for select initiatives and serve as the lead design engineer for others. Your responsibilities will include preparing planning and design documentation, conducting design calculations, and establishing and maintaining standards for both team and client. You may also oversee quality assurance/quality control processes and provide guidance on complex projects. Collaboration with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical personnel, clients, and external consultants will be essential.

Occasional travel to job sites for observations and participation in client meetings may be required.

*Olsson currently has multiple openings for a Project Civil Engineer to support our Data Center Site Design group. This position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options, to accommodate various working preferences and promote a healthy work-life balance.
