Position: Office Support Specialist
Type: Contract to hire
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour
Position Summary: LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a meticulous and proactive Office Support Specialist to assist in driving our client's operational goals. This position plays a vital role in facilitating administrative functions and managing documentation effectively. The successful candidate will excel in a diverse role, showcasing exceptional multitasking abilities and maintaining order in a fast-paced setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative assistance to the General Manager and the management team.
- Track and oversee incoming and outgoing documents.
- Create reports detailing project statuses.
- Deliver customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, organizing, data entry, and serving as a liaison among teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
