We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Washington, DC team and provide support to one of our founding partners.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, possess strong writing skills, excel in multitasking, and thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings within a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily agenda of the founding partner, which includes: Serving as the main point of contact for all scheduling inquiries.

Coordinate all travel logistics.
Compile research and briefing documents.
Manage administrative duties, such as expense reporting and time tracking.
Lead special projects as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support, marketing, or communications capacity within an in-house, governmental, or consultancy setting.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
In response to the pandemic, we require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Our current work model is hybrid, necessitating staff to be present in the office for 50% of the working days each month.
