Your Role

As an Administrative Coordinator supporting our Government Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our vision and mission. Your expertise in administration will help ensure that our operations run smoothly, allowing us to focus on impactful grassroots outreach and long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Develop a comprehensive understanding of priorities to effectively manage the principal's schedule. Handle a high volume of inquiries and requests, resolving conflicts and making strategic recommendations to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes and notes, and manage audio/visual requirements and follow-up action items.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee invoice processing, reconcile expense reports, and coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovate administrative practices. Collaborate with fellow administrative professionals to prioritize tasks and explore new tools that elevate our support capabilities.
  • Project Ownership: Take charge of team initiatives and contribute to organizational improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a respectful approach to feedback.
  • Strategic thinker capable of viewing time management as a resource allocation.
  • High level of confidentiality and sound judgment, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Articulate communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with expense reporting tools such as Concur.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
