Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our team at British American Tobacco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Federal Government Relations, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Process payments, manage budgets, and track expenses.
- Compile and track data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage calendars, meeting agendas, and printed materials.
- Provide logistical support for on-site meetings and events.
- Resolve IT issues and coordinate conference rooms and virtual meetings.
- Greet visitors and respond to inquiries.
- Attend and participate in meetings and events as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple functional leaders.
- Experience providing administrative support to an Executive in a matrixed, multi-national corporation.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High sense of urgency, bias for action, and ability to work as a team player.
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
