About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate team meetings, and arrange travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit deliverables and presentations.
- Respond to emails and prepare correspondence, including letters, agendas, itineraries, and reports.
- Assist with managing department budgets, coding and submitting invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Handle mailing campaigns, conduct research, and complete additional tasks and special projects as needed.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of administrative and/or program support experience, with a Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive with excellent oral and written communication, multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- A 'no task too small' attitude.
About the Position:
This is a temporary position for 8 weeks, with a competitive hourly rate of $24-$25, depending on experience. The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week spent onsite at our office in Washington, DC.
