Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a hybrid role that requires a hunter mentality, strong networking skills, and the ability to establish lasting relationships with client decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with client decision-makers to increase market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless client communication and satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in the contingent workforce industry.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and ability to navigate them effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Prior experience with ATS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and networking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
