Role Overview

This role will lead the vision, direction, and day-to-day operations of the Regional Boards. Responsibilities include executing the vision for Regional Board meetings, onboarding, and recruitment. The Director will build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, plan and strategize work with Regional Boards, and lead the execution of onboarding and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategy and vision for Regional Board meetings
  • Lead the strategy and execution of onboarding new Regional Board of Directors
  • Lead the strategy and execution of recruitment of new Regional Board of Directors
  • Ensure all logistics are taken care of for all Regional Board meetings
  • Build and maintain internal KIPP relationships with schools, Inc. staff, and other externally-facing functions
Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled leader with 5+ years of delivering results, experience in building relationships, and a track record of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to express KIPP's mission and purpose to various stakeholders.
