Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth by engaging with inbound leads. In this role, you will play a critical part in qualifying and nurturing leads to ensure they are ready for the next stage in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with inbound leads through timely, professional, and personalized communication across various channels.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and provide comprehensive information to Account Executives for seamless handoffs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, updates, and progress in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inbound prospecting, or business development, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment and deliver on performance goals.
