The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales principles and be able to drive growth within existing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales revenue.
  • Prioritize job orders based on business needs, urgency, and revenue potential; communicate information to Recruiting team to support their efforts.
  • Maintain strong employee relationships through regular contact in order to solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, identifying new contacts and opportunities within existing accounts, applying a consultative selling approach to determining client requirements and expectations, and servicing client needs.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate account activities by regularly updating business systems and databases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical staffing environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, independent and self-motivated without much supervision.

This role offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, and is located in Schaumburg, Illinois.
