Job Overview

MONSTERFUL PARTNERS, INC. is seeking a seasoned Baseball Business Development Manager to promote our portfolio companies, Monsterful and Vizual Edge, across all levels of baseball.

The ideal candidate will have a strong baseball background and be able to identify decision-makers, position our value proposition, and drive sales.

About the Role

This role involves:

  • Prospecting and engaging with Baseball Academies, Travel Baseball Organizations, and other key stakeholders;
  • Creating marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness;
  • Identifying and recruiting market access partners, such as tournament organizers;
  • Working closely with operations and technical teams to enhance product features and roadmap priorities;
  • Representing Monsterful and Vizual Edge at key events and conferences.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong baseball background, either through playing or coaching experience at the college or professional level, or significant industry experience;
  • Current relationships with clients relevant to Monsterful and Vizual Edge;
  • Previous business development or sales experience;
  • The ability to travel and work flexible hours, if necessary.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth within the company.
