Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Host to join our team. As a Front Desk Host, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Ensure a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability, ensuring that all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that our guests' needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, ensuring that they depart with a positive experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED: Required
  • Hotel/Hospitality Experience: 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, with knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to Work Overtime: Ability to work overtime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business demands.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work positively in a team and enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and professional under potentially stressful situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data entry, computers, and Microsoft Office.
