Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of front desk agents to ensure brand standards are met during check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate and monitor reservations for special requests and room blocking.
- Participate in ensuring guest satisfaction and collaborate with resort departments to meet guest expectations.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate team members' performance.
- Perform other duties necessary for the daily functioning of the resort.
- 1-3 years of hotel front desk or closely related experience.
- Open availability.
- Minimum 90 days of cash handling experience.
- High school/GED.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
