Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times, maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
- Communication: Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues, ensuring all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge and Skills: Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs, including travel programs and special offers.
- Team Collaboration: Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance, and communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
- Hotel Operations: Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or other guest services preferred.
- Language Skills: Must speak English fluently and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving, reasoning, and ability to multi-task and interact with people under pressure.
