Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager

Energy Hydraulics, a SunSource company, is a leading provider of fluid power solutions for industrial plants and manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, wood products, and poultry. We offer a wide range of products, including hydraulic hoses and fittings, hydraulic motors, pumps, cylinders, and valves, as well as air compressors and diaphragm pumps.

As an Outside Sales Account Manager with Energy Hydraulics, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities within a specified territory in North/Central Texas. This role requires a strong understanding of fluid power systems and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year technical degree or better in a related field (e.g. fluid power, industrial technology, mechanical engineering)
  • 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 year in industrial sales
  • Previous sales experience selling mobile hydraulic components, service, and repair is preferred
  • Fluid Power Certification is preferred but not required
