We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Security Sales Professional to join our Strategic National Accounts team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing and new national accounts within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Provide market insights and sales recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Commercial Electronic Security experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
