Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within assigned accounts.
- Enhance program outreach by pursuing leads provided by the organization.
- Identify and nurture new business prospects.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients regarding orders and shipments.
- Conduct product research and provide recommendations, including virtual and physical samples.
- Utilize company stores to present clients with merchandise options.
- Generate quotes for customer orders.
- Manage artwork submissions from clients and coordinate with Designers.
- Input sales orders into Salesforce.
- Oversee client approval process for proofs.
- Collaborate with Account Coordinators to ensure smooth sales order processing.
- Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry events as required.
- Perform additional sales-related tasks as assigned, based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in promotional product sales.
- Proven track record of prospecting within an existing client base.
- Demonstrated ability to secure new business opportunities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with CRM/ERP systems required. Familiarity with CommonSKU and SF is considered a bonus.
- Strong 10-key and typing skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Competitive compensation package including base salary and commission.
