We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the US. As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.

Channel Corp. is a leading provider of customer service platforms, helping businesses increase the lifetime value of their customers through a VIP concierge experience. Our team is expanding into the US market, and we're looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team as an early member.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve the overall product and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation:

$125,000 - $160,000 per year (base salary), plus bonuses and benefits.
