About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team at The Line and Saguaro Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing Corporate Business Travel and Consortia accounts on behalf of our hotels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a Hotel Business Travel Sales Manager for a full-service hotel and proven sales and supervisory experience in the hospitality industry. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure Corporate Business Travel and Consortia accounts
  • Develop strong working relationships with property sales, operation, and revenue teams
  • Utilize tools for RFP solicitation, market intelligence, account management, and negotiations
  • Analyze market conditions and account-specific data to determine current account status
  • Communicate effectively with hotel leadership teams and stakeholders
  • Manage and negotiate account details and contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Hotel Business Travel Sales Manager
  • Proven sales and supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
