Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share in assigned territories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong track record of success in sales and business development. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share in assigned territories
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- 7 years retail experience
- Knowledge of merchandising, management, and retail sales
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
- Experience managing direct reports or a team
- Results-oriented with strong strategic sales approach
- Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships within the department store environment
- Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
