Position Overview:

As a Lead Architectural Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical direction and documentation management, which encompasses the creation of design drawings and technical documentation while guiding project team assignments.

Project Coordination: Direct the production of schematic designs, development of design concepts, and construction documentation. Collaborate with the Project Manager to make critical decisions and negotiate essential project issues.

Budget and Scheduling: Work alongside the Project Manager to establish project budgets, timelines, and other essential components of the work plan.

Client Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

Marketing Participation: Engage in marketing initiatives and may lead presentations to potential clients to showcase our capabilities.

Mentorship: Provide direction, organization, and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring effective oversight and professional development.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

- A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in the healthcare sector.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, with a strong preference for Revit.

- Experience in leading and coordinating the efforts of junior staff.

- Advanced knowledge of all project phases, including the review of construction documentation.

- Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and engineering systems.

- A solid understanding of project management processes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- A collaborative and professional work ethic.

- LEED AP certification or the commitment to obtain it within six months of hire.
