Position Overview:

We are in search of a mid-to-senior level architectural professional to take on the role of project manager and leader. The Project Manager will oversee all facets of assigned projects from conception to completion. This role encompasses coordinating project activities, estimating project scope, and ensuring effective and economical execution. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison for clients, guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The mid-to-senior level Project Manager will guide project teams throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all elements are coordinated and executed effectively.
  • Support principals and studio directors in the development of proposals.
  • Develop work plans for project success, including estimating project scope, establishing timelines, and assembling consultant teams.
  • Serve as the main client liaison, managing budgets, schedules, and project scope to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and strategic partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and engage in all phases of design and construction in accordance with client agreements.
  • Regularly update project budgets and timelines, submitting for review as necessary.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Guide the development of building code and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to the firm's Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes.
  • Foster and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • An architectural license is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and other software utilized by the firm.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and with precision.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and driven professional.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Robust critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Education Requirements:

  • A professional design degree is required.
