Job Overview

Position Summary

The Senior Architectural Project Leader will oversee and implement all phases of intricate architectural projects, encompassing programming, design, presentation documentation, construction specifications, administration, project oversight, and client interaction until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverable expectations.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with consultants and engage with authorities having jurisdiction to ensure adherence to building codes.
  • Exhibit advanced technical detailing and problem-solving capabilities on sophisticated project types.
  • Maintain effective communication with the project team and leadership, while guiding and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of design and technical expertise in architecture.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional licensure is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite; experience with Twinmotion is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes and zoning laws.
  • Knowledgeable in building systems and capable of leading the production of construction documents.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Supervise and guide project team members to ensure direction, organization, and quality control.
  • Exhibit strong organizational abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare architecture is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and be a resident of the contiguous United States.
