Program Overview:

The KBR PSAB Program delivers extensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This initiative supports the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) along with mission partners and tenant units, catering to a diverse group of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational staff. The program also extends its services to five remote Army sites within PSAB, ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, and support activities crucial for mission readiness and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to facilitate project, work order, and work request operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with U.S. deployed forces and local stakeholders, sharing critical information as necessary.
  • Oversee planning for repairs and maintenance, design, technical support, and the updating of record drawings.

Key Duties:

  • Implement effective program management to ensure project designs and construction align with mission requirements.
  • Develop and manage Activity/Asset Management Plans (AMP) that translate Air Force and installation objectives into actionable asset-related decisions.
  • Supervise personnel, equipment, tools, and services necessary for all civil engineering tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual performance objectives and government regulations.
  • Maintain readiness to meet with government personnel on-site within two hours of notification.
  • Deliver services consistently to approximately 4,000 personnel.
  • Safeguard all government and contractor-provided property, ensuring proper utilization and accounting.
  • Provide required contractual submissions to the government and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.

Work Environment:

The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with potential exposure to various environmental conditions. Overtime and shift work may be necessary based on contractual obligations, along with occasional travel. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

Physical activities may include lifting up to 35 lbs, climbing, and extended periods of sitting or standing. Standard office activities will also be part of the daily routine.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship and a valid U.S. Driver's License are required.
  • Possession of a passport book with at least 13 months of validity and 6 blank visa pages.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Skills:

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong project management abilities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
