Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Office Leadership to expand and enhance our regional project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Dewberry Segment Leaders to promote architectural goals and design standards.
  • Manage projects from initial concept through to Construction Administration, utilizing the support of team members across various locations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is essential.
  • Must possess a valid Architect license in Texas.
  • Proven track record in identifying and nurturing new client and project opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Responsible for developing client relationships and managing project financials.
  • Knowledge of local and healthcare building regulations and experience in coordinating with relevant agencies.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation for clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe applications, and other relevant software tools.

Additional Requirement:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary, along with the ability to pass a driving record background check.
