Client Success Specialist

CooLab Foods, CLF, a premier producer of frozen dessert products, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance our Commercialization Team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of accountability. While we prioritize attitude over experience, the following qualifications would exemplify the background of the preferred candidate:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer’s new product development and production requirements.
  • Develop and manage timelines for product trials, onboarding suppliers, and production needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Support the execution of customer requests, including but not limited to:
  • Quality Assurance documentation.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships for ingredients and packaging.
  • Assist the Production Manager in sustaining current recipes, product specifications, and production processes for each client.
  • Ensure all internal onboarding documentation (recipes, product specifications, production processes, etc.) is completed and approved by the customer.
  • Collaborate with the CLF Procurement Team to manage and maintain accurate item codes for each client.
  • Verify that customer packaging adheres to CLF standards.
  • Maintain CLF's customer pricing matrix.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Project Management preferred.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Efficient in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: Based on Experience, plus bonus
