We seek to hire a candidate with a background in Customer Service and Management. The ideal individual will excel at cultivating relationships over the phone, assisting in resolving customer issues, and possess strong organizational, time management, and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels (email, text, phone).
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM software.
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and protocols.
  • Provide insights on the efficiency of the customer service operations.
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of company records.
  • Guide and train Customer Success Associates, leading the department towards achieving company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers via phone.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Open to coaching and training.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer screens while on calls.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a service-oriented company is required.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software is advantageous.
  • A college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
