Client Success Specialist

LeadsPedia is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to enhance our customer engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outstanding Customer Support: Provide exemplary service through various communication channels including LiveChat, phone, email, and support tickets.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: Strive to make every customer interaction positive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with Customer Management and Product Development teams to relay important customer insights and feedback.
- Expertise in Ticket Management: Become proficient in the LeadsPedia system, assisting clients with their support inquiries and integration needs, with comprehensive training provided.
- Documentation Development: Create and update user guides and documentation for our Platform/Portal, enabling customers to navigate independently.
- Growth Opportunities: Engage in cross-departmental projects that foster professional development in areas such as customer insights, operations, and quality assurance.
- Career Advancement: This position offers a pathway for growth within LeadsPedia, with training to help you explore new roles.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- A college degree is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated persistence in following up on tasks and projects.
- A strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Some travel may be necessary for this role.
