Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer’s new product projects and production requirements.
- Develop and manage timelines for product trials, onboarding suppliers, and production necessities.
- Build robust relationships with key customer contacts.
- Support the execution of customer requests, which may include:
- Quality Assurance documentation.
- Maintaining supplier relationships for client ingredients and packaging.
- Assist the Production Manager in sustaining current recipes, product specifications, and production methodologies for each client.
- Ensure that internal onboarding documentation (recipes, product specifications, production methodologies, etc.) is completed and approved by the client.
- Collaborate with the CLF Procurement Team to manage and maintain accurate item codes for each client.
- Verify that client packaging adheres to CLF standards.
- Maintain CLF's customer pricing matrix.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Project Management preferred.
- Experience in the food manufacturing sector preferred.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exhibit strong leadership and time management skills.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Adept at meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
