Position Overview:
The Client Support Specialist will deliver exceptional service to both external and internal clients of Lee Company. A comprehensive understanding of the company’s values and objectives is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all clients receive the high standard of service expected from Lee Company.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external clients.
- Accurately and efficiently schedule service calls.
- Assist in organizing all planned service engagements.
- Support the scheduling of sales appointments.
- Help coordinate installation services.
- Confirm scheduled appointments prior to the day of service.
- Demonstrate flexibility to assist with workload beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Manage stress effectively and meet job demands.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Typing proficiency of 60+ words per minute with accuracy.
Work Environment:
This role may involve office-based activities in a typical office setting, including ambient room temperatures and standard office equipment. Employees may need to sit for extended periods and work at a computer. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
