Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

  • Foster strong relationships with guests from arrival to departure to enhance loyalty.
  • Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs proactively.
  • Uphold and convey the hotel's image and values.

Operational Excellence

  • Organize production, distribution, and storage effectively based on available resources.
  • Oversee stock management for beverages and catering supplies, identifying needs as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and audit procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment in accordance with hygiene regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Integrate and train new employees, supporting their skill development.

Sales and Marketing

Management and Administration

  • Oversee inventory management for guest products.

  • Adhere to hotel security protocols, particularly in emergencies.
  • Safeguard the well-being of guests and staff.
