Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Deliver consistently professional, warm, and engaging service.
  • Oversee the Food & Beverage Outlet team in all facets of the department, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Optimize revenue through effective upselling techniques and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Balance operational requirements with team needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menus and promotional offerings.
  • Ensure team members are well-versed in all menu items, including garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Adhere to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations when handling food and beverages.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred prior leadership experience in Food and Beverage.
  • Required experience with Point of Sale systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • University/College degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly responsible and dependable.
  • Able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
