  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  9. Exhibit calmness and creativity in all interactions to maintain a positive environment.
  10. Help keep the workplace clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.
  11. Ensure operational excellence by consistently delivering high-quality service and products.
  12. Lead by example, following directions and ensuring all operational standards are met.
  13. Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, particularly in food and beverage services.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Preferred experience of at least six months in a full-service restaurant or bar.
  2. Highly motivated and energetic individual.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  6. Results-oriented with a commitment to timely task completion.
  7. Adaptable to changing circumstances.
  8. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  9. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  10. Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
