Role Overview

As the Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate between various departments to guarantee the success of every group event while exemplifying outstanding service and leadership qualities within your team.

  • Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Lead and oversee the Outlets team in all facets of the department, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Train Supervisors and team members.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and team needs.
  • Conduct regular departmental meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Stewarding teams to ensure all banquet and meeting requirements are met.
  • Work alongside the Conference Services & Catering department to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the departmental budget effectively.
  • Adhere to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in food and beverage is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
A degree in a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
Highly responsible and dependable.
Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Focus on guest needs while maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.
