Job Title: Talent Culture Manager HR Generalist

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a highly skilled Talent Culture Manager HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for supporting the overall Talent & Culture (HR) function at the home office level and providing guidance and training to property level resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Administration Support: Provide technical support for HR/Payroll, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance systems, including Ceridian Dayforce HRIS for a subset of US properties.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in standardizing policies and procedures, drafting and maintaining new Talent & Culture policies and procedures, and developing training materials for property level support.
  • Administration, Reporting, and Analytics: Manage turnover, annual compensation survey cycles, and reporting for the US and CALA HICS survey, as well as support property resources with compensation data requests.
  • Property Support: Field property queries on compensation, systems, policies, and procedures, and assist with best practices and process improvement.
  • Culture Liaison: Serve as the home office culture liaison, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, managing FMLA, and answering day-to-day questions and requests.
  • Learning and Development: Assist with L&D initiatives, including ongoing administration of compliance for L&D.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager of the people (HR) function, preferably in hospitality.
  • Detailed understanding of employment laws.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Suite, Excel, and presentation development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations/training to large groups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
