Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at Addison Group in Bethesda, MD. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Manager with various HR tasks, including coordinating interviews, assisting with the new hire process, and organizing employee files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with HR-related tasks, such as coordinating interviews and new hire processes
  • Coordinate internal candidate interviews and greet candidates upon arrival
  • Organize and input employee files into the internal database
  • Pull various reports as needed
  • Assist in event planning for marketing and recruiting events

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
