This role will involve comprehensive support throughout the entire recruiting process and staffing-related functions. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, along with a solid understanding of HR information systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and establish candidate pipelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse array of roles within the professional services sector, which includes identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and overseeing the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Work collaboratively with fellow recruitment team members to implement optimal talent acquisition strategies.
- Support various human resources initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, psychology, communications, or human resources.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with HR databases, ATS, and CMS, along with familiarity with online sourcing tools.
- Experience in developing recruitment or sales strategies is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
