Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at The HR Source. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of our organization, while also providing expertise in HR operations, employee experience, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet recruitment targets.
  • HR Operations: Provide administrative support for HR-related projects, including data management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, recognizing contributions, and providing constructive feedback and solutions to challenges.
  • HR Systems: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, provide timely and accurate HR reports and metrics, and identify trends and insights from HR data analysis to inform strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist with talent acquisition and data management expertise, preferably in an educational institution or nonprofit organization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality and promote a respectful work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly desired, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand both languages fluently.
  • Knowledge of HR Principles: Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
