Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding (including licensing registration as necessary).
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill the staffing requirements of our companies. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) for all administrative roles.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to comprehend business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Employ various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, networking events, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Thoroughly track hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate metrics to gather data that can demonstrate how processes can be enhanced and streamlined.
  • Facilitate offers to prospective candidates, including salary negotiations, and provide knowledgeable insights regarding the job's responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain the affirmative action program; file EEO-1 reports annually, and maintain other records and logs to comply with EEO regulations.
  • Update, monitor, and maintain eligible salary adjustments/increases based on annual evaluations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience, particularly in corporate and administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • General understanding of employment laws, best practices, and compliance regarding job postings and Human Resources requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, adhere to ethical practices, and perform well under pressure.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple positions or projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
