Helios HR is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Management Consultant to support our clients in delivering exceptional HR services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with client business objectives and priorities.
- Provide operational support to clients, including HR process development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to clients on HR-related topics.
- Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform client recommendations and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to client engagements.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Helios HR team to deliver high-quality client services.
Requirements
- 7-10 years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in HR generalist functions.
- A bachelor's degree and/or professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPP).
- Advanced generalist skills in most tactical and operational components of Human Resources, with the ability to apply knowledge to complex situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all levels of employees and management.
Travel Requirements
- This position may require local travel to client sites, depending on client engagements.
