Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is in search of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment initiatives and attract exceptional talent. This position requires collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to formulate effective sourcing strategies and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in comprehensive recruiting, onboarding, and adherence to employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Design and implement recruiting strategies to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for administrative positions.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruiting aligns with organizational goals.
- Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including online resources and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to enhance processes.
- Guide offer negotiations while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Uphold affirmative action initiatives and EEO compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of in-house recruiting experience, especially for corporate and administrative roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with an ATS (e.g., ICIMS) is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
