About the Role

The ServiceNow Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining existing relationships, and developing new partnerships at our Alliance partner. As a market-facing subject matter expert, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive growth in our ServiceNow business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in our ServiceNow business, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Client Management and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform to effectively position Randstad Digital services and solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the ServiceNow platform to potential clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in ServiceNow Products: Experience in ServiceNow products and Workflow Automation concepts and value propositions preferably in ServiceNow.
  • Sales Pursuit Activities: Experience in sales pursuit activities (prospecting, discovery, qualification).
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding and insight into the nature of critical services and the regulatory interaction models within financial firms.
  • Sales Leadership: A proven record of selling complex digital, technology, and/or managed services solutions to the C-level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Client Management: Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and influencing skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and account information.
  • Sales Tools and Methodologies: Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies, and go-to-market models, including social media.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.
