Senior Executive Administrator

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Development Vice President and two Directors. This position requires a high level of discretion and the ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of intricate and routine administrative functions, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies.
- Manage and organize extensive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Prepare and maintain meeting materials, adjusting priorities as necessary to accommodate the executives' dynamic workloads.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, providing intuitive judgment and support to relieve executives of administrative burdens.
- Utilize knowledge of M&A processes and firm operations to make independent decisions regarding work planning and scheduling.
- Facilitate communication by managing correspondence, answering inquiries, and maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive administrative capacity, supporting senior executives.
- Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting planning within a large corporate setting.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and their administrative teams.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft business correspondence and create presentations.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks independently.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Collaborative mindset, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
