Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head of Subscriber Growth Marketing to lead our subscriber acquisition strategy across various marketing channels, including search, social media, display, affiliate, and community outreach. This role is critical in achieving our subscription growth and revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing both paid and organic growth strategies within established economic frameworks.

  • Develop and oversee Spotter's acquisition marketing strategy and tactics across multiple channels, creating data-driven business cases and ensuring alignment on growth marketing investment priorities.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for new subscriber acquisition and marketing expenditures, consistently meeting these goals.
  • Define and meticulously monitor KPIs and performance metrics, optimizing budget allocation and program effectiveness by assessing campaign ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to synchronize our go-to-market strategies, promoting collaboration across teams and streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team of growth marketers over time.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in formulating and executing growth marketing strategies for consumer SaaS or subscription-based products.
  • Experience in creating global marketing campaigns and managing media budgets with clear visibility into KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and payback periods.
  • A demonstrated ability to tackle business challenges with creativity, innovation, and a results-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience across a variety of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, focusing on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational objectives.
  • Analytical and quantitative abilities to interpret data and enhance campaign performance.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, omnichannel strategies, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
  • A proven capacity to navigate between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution.
  • A strong customer focus, instinct, and passion for the industry.
